Luciana Paoluzzi grew up in Rome and was raised in Rome by her parents. Her dad was Manlio Paoluzzi, who was an Italian soldier in the Army. Maria Rota Paoluzzi was one of Benito Mussolini's mistresses. It is not known if she has any siblings. Luciana was a graduate of a local high-school in 1955 and was a student of naval engineering at Milan, at the Scientific Academy of Milan. Luciana was the only female in her class, was the first graduate. She began her modeling career within two years. However, this changed when she received her first acting role by accident when she visited her father's Rome friend. It was a two-line role in the film Three Coins in the Fountain. Brett Halsey is an actress and husband to her in the beginning. After their wedding in 1960 and the production of a film together called Return to the Peyton Palace. Luciana received custody of the children following the divorce. They had a baby boy called Charles which was born June of 1961. Between 1962 and the year 1970 Luciana dated Tony Athony, an actor and producer. Tony was inspired by her work in the film Green Slime and based on that he wrote and produced his own hybrid Spaghetti Western for which he became somewhat popular.
